Miss May offers made to order pieces to eliminate over production and overstock. Please allow up to 15-20 business days of production time as each piece is handmade to order with extra love and care. Once your order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm your purchase.

Once shipped, an email will be sent to notify you when your items are on their way.

Post-Production Shipping Timeline:

Standard Shipping in Canada: 3-5 business days
Standard Shipping in USA: 4-8 business days
Standard International Shipping: 6-10 business days

We do not offer refunds but will kindly provide a store credit or exchange.
